1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wowmart (“the Platform”), operated via wowmartng.com. By accessing our marketplace, registering an account, or purchasing goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Multi-Vendor Architecture: Wowmart acts as a managed e-commerce infrastructure provider utilizing Dokan engine configurations.
• Contractual Capacity: You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Amendments: Wowmart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes binding acceptance of revisions.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Data Veracity: You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during account setup. Providing false information will result in immediate termination.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are uniquely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. Wowmart is not liable for unauthorized account access or usage.
• Account Blacklisting: Wowmart maintains the structural authority to suspend, lock, or permanently delete accounts exhibiting fraudulent transaction profiles.

3. Centralized Handling & Logistics Model

Wowmart operates a strict centralized cross-docking fulfillment system to secure platform transaction integrity:

• Delivery Tracking Timelines: Estimates provided during checkout are non-binding operational targets. Delayed shipments resulting from Vendor hub transfer friction do not entitle buyers to platform indemnity.

4. Handling Centre Storage Limitations

To maintain fluid logistical operations, inventory passing through our fulfillment hubs is bound by strict time constraints:

• Vendor Storage Thresholds: Items transferred by Vendors to a Wowmart Handling Centre must clear indexing filters within 7 calendar days. Inventory left unresolved due to merchant documentation errors beyond 7 days will incur storage penalties or face liquidation.
• Customer Order Holding: Confirmed customer orders held at our center due to user-requested delivery adjustments can only be staged for a maximum of 14 days. Past this frame, the order will be cancelled, item returned to hub stock, and store credit issued minus processing costs.

5. Failed Delivery Drop Policy

Wowmart logistics engines govern exact parameters regarding package drops to destination endpoints:

• Maximum Delivery Attempts: Our dispatch couriers will make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts to the customer’s specified shipping address.
• Inability to Connect: If the customer is unreachable via registered phone channels or absent during both drop actions, the package defaults back to the nearest Wowmart hub.
• Forfeiture & Cancellation: Orders abandoned at our center following failed drops must be claimed within 7 days. Unclaimed orders are systematically cancelled, and refunds are issued strictly as store credit after a 15% logistical recovery fee deduction.

6. Marketplace Pricing, Escrow, & Secure Payments

Wowmart uses secure escrow clearing processing models to manage payment security:

• Payment Gateway Integrations: Digital checkout transactions are safely encrypted and processed through trusted secure payment rails, including Paystack and related licensed institutions.
• Escrow Mechanism: Customer funds remain securely held in a platform escrow pool. Vendor payout authorization unlocks only after products pass strict grading diagnostics at our sorting center.
• Pricing Anomalies: While we enforce listing accuracy rules across Dokan dashboards, technical pricing bugs can occur. Wowmart explicitly reserves the right to cancel any order containing clear pricing errors.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated and processed strictly in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

7. Return Limitation & Video Evidence Requirement

Our platform operation framework limits order returns exclusively to manufacturing failures:

• Defect Enforcement Only: Returns are rejected for change-of-mind requests or product exchanges.
• The 24-Hour Rule: Manufacturing malfunctions or transport damages must hit customer service mailboxes within 24 hours of package drop-off.
• Continuous Unboxing Video Required: Buyers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video. If the item condition lacks verifiable video proof, the case closes automatically with no financial recovery options.

8. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

• Trademark Ownership: All custom graphics, layout scripts, headers, text architectures, and logos belong to Wowmart or its partners. Unauthorized scraping or usage is strictly illegal.
• System Abuse: Users may not deploy web crawlers, index scripts, or network manipulation requests designed to bypass checkout checkout steps or harm the Wolmart storefront layer.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed under the federal laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Regulatory Synchronization: These conditions align with consumer protection rules enforced under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).
• Arbitration Flow: Dispute conditions must undergo internal mediation with Wowmart support representatives prior to initiating external court settlement procedures.
