WOWMART Returns & Refunds Policy

At WOWMART, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your purchases are protected by our clear and customer-friendly return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, certain items are non-returnable once purchased. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Clothing items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or have missing tags/hygiene stickers.
  • Grocery and perishable food products.
  • Health, wellness, and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, supplements) once opened or used.
  • Customized or personalized products made specifically to your order.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel, due to hygiene concerns.
  • Free gifts, promotional items, or giveaways.

Important: Any product category that is non-returnable will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

3. Return Process

  1. Log in to your WOWMART AccountOrders → select the item → click Request Return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Drop off at an authorized return location or schedule a pickup (if available).

4. Quality Inspection

  • All returned items undergo quality inspection before a refund is processed.
  • If items are used, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged, a partial refund may apply to reflect loss in value.

5. Refunds

  1. Advanced Refunds – In some cases, WOWMART may issue a refund after you drop off your package. If the item is not returned or fails inspection, the refund amount will be charged back to your original payment method.
  2. Instant Refunds – Depending on your shopping history, you may receive a refund before returning the item. If the item is not returned or fails inspection, we may charge your original payment method.
  3. Standard Refunds – For most returns, refunds are processed once items are received and pass quality inspection.
  4. Damaged or Improper Returns – Refunds will be reduced if the item is used, damaged, incomplete, or improperly packaged (unless due to WOWMART or seller fault).
  5. Missing Items Refunds – File a claim in your account under “Support Center” → Missing Items/Parts or contact Customer Support.
  6. Delivered but Not Received Refunds – File a claim under “Support Center” → Package Shows Delivered but Not Received or contact Customer Support.
  7. Refund Timelines – Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–14 business days (up to 30 days) to appear in your account. Shipping fees, import taxes, and insurance costs are non-refundable, except in cases where WOWMART is at fault.
  8. WOWMART Credits Option – You may choose to receive refunds as WOWMART Credits for faster processing. Credits have no expiration date but are non-reversible once processed.

6. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not always available. Customers are encouraged to place a new order for the desired item once the refund is processed.
